  1. This season is often associated with rebirth, renewal and regrowth.
  2. The first spring flowers are typically daffodils, dandelions, lilies, tulips, iris and lilacs to name a few.
  3. The sun rises in the earlier hours of the morning and sets later on in the afternoon.
  4. Spring weather will be varied with some days cold enough to snow, and some days warm enough to play out in the garden. The spring months can also be awfully windy.
  5. Spring is a season for ideas of rebirth, rejuvenation, renewal, resurrection, and regrowth

  10. While springtime brings flowers and warmer weather, it may be the worst time for human babies to be born. A large-scale study found that babies born in the spring are more likely to develop schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, major depression, and anorexia.
  11. The first day of spring in the Northern Hemisphere is the first day of fall in the Southern Hemisphere.
  12. In China, the coming of spring coincides with celebrations for the Chinese New Year.
  13. For the Japanese, the opening of the cherry blossoms, Japan’s national flower, in March or April signals the start of spring.
  14. During the spring, birds are more vocal as they sing to attract mates and warn away rivals.
  15. Honeybees are more likely to swarm during the spring.
  16. According to a Facebook study couples are more likely to break up in the spring.
  17. Feeding birds is not preferred by some people during spring and summer. But believe it or not, feeding birds during spring is very crucial due to their migrations. Meaning that you feeding them will be very essential to the birds.
