Guess who is the Upperclassman of the Month? That’s right, it is Oscar Osorio Ortiz! To Oscar, FDR is filled with teachers and classmates who will always be around when you have struggles. Oscar’s favorite subjects are History and Math. History has taught Oscar about the stories of many great leaders, as well as the events that caused our world to be what it is today. On the other hand, Math just happens to be a subject that Oscar is good at. He is able to demonstrate his full potential and capabilities in Math. Even though Oscar is too busy to participate in any teams or clubs, he would like to tell new FDR students to focus on their goals and nothing will be in their way. Students should never give up! Oscar was chosen to be the Upperclassman of the Month, by both his Math and History teachers, as a reward for his hard work and dedication. Way to go Oscar!
