Organic farming does not involve the use of modern synthetic inputs such as chemical pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. Such foods are also not processed using irradiation, industrial solvents, or chemical food additives.

Although organic food tends to be more expensive, it is healthier and more nutrition than conventional food. Conventional foods often have harsh chemical pesticide residues left on them, which organic foods don’t have. Organic food is also fresher and taste better, because of the lack of artificial preservatives. Organic farming is also better for the environment. It reduces water, air, and soil pollution.
