            As you may well know, back to school is hectic and the transition from summer to fall isn’t exactly a breeze *baa dumm tss*. Between school, work and maintaining a social life, most of us just don’t have the time to dress up – but that doesn’t mean we have to neglect our fashion sense! Here are a few things you need to have for a successful, a la mode autumn.

Flannels : Flannels are always fashionable, Givenchy gave flannels a classier look, but I feel you can wear them for both dressy and casual looks.

Bomber jackets : These jackets are light but fine for chilly fall weather and just plain awesome! They look fine with everything because of the simplicity in the jacket itself; from leather to quilted, you can mix and match with whatever is in your closet.

Basic T’s and V-necks: Keep it simple! Everyone looks good in a plain white T. This fall, complex looks are just not working. What’s also cool about having basic’s in your closet is that no matter the occasion, you’ll look cool and calm.
