Congrats to Celine Aqui for being named the Female Student/Athlete of the Month! Not only is Celine an outstanding and hard working student, she is the heart and soul of the FDR Girls Flag Football team!

Celine enjoys attending FDR. She believes the people and environment create an overall good vibe in the building. Not only is Celine an excellent football player, she has also been a Cheerleader and Student Ambassador. She joined cheer, because she really enjoys dancing and creating a positive environment at FDR. Being a Student Ambassador gave Celine a chance to give back to her school and help recruit future FDR stars.

Celine believes her greatest strength as an athlete is her leadership. According to Coach Rienzie, “Celine keeps the girls focused and together on and off the field.” Celine loves not only pushing herself, she loves motivating others to do their best. Her only weakness is she takes losing hard. However, she uses losses as motivation to improve herself and her team. Overall, she is very confident in herself and her team. Celine never backs down from a challenge. She is very grateful to her school, team, and coaches Mr. Rienzie and Ms. Galante for this honor.
