E-Cig+Ban+In+Michigan
Starting September 4th, Michigan started the ban on flavored E cigs, a very popular trend among young teens and teens in general. The E cig companies known as juul, mylé, stig, etc are going around the hands of teenagers, and they’re getting addicted to nicotine at a young age. They are exposing themselves to real life dangers at a young age, and the state of Michigan wants to put an end to it! Gov. Gretchen Whitmer states in an interview Tuesday, September 3rd, that she ordered the ban after the state health department found youth vaping constituted a public health emergency. The announcement was officially announced Wednesday September 4th, “My number one priority is keeping our kids safe and protecting the health of the people of Michigan,” Whitmer stated. According to Whitmer within the next 30 days or months to come the ban will extend and the youth vaping will come to an end, hopefully!
Other states like New York are also placing bans on vaping, due to numerous health concerns. It seems to be a national trend.
